Field a minimum of 4 Senior teams plus Veterans and a side in all Junior Age Groups
Our First XI to play in Barclay Shield
Our First XI to consist of at least 50% home grown talent
75% of teams to make finals
To have the strongest junior club in the DVCA
To always have a diverse management committee
To win at least one DVCA "Spirit of Cricket" award by 2021/22
Maintain our "Good Sports" Accreditation
To improve our financial position year on year
